Mr. Upendra Trivedi, Director- Technical
Excellent Diagnostic and Research Agency is a firm engaged in Pre & Post Commissioning and Diagnostic of Power Apparatus in Distribution, Transmission, and Generation, is post graduate in Electrical Engineering and has vast and reach experience in the same field for more than 3 decades while serving Electrical Research and Development Association before superannuating at Joint Director.
Mr. Mehul Rajput, Director- Operation
Excellent Diagnostic and Research Agency’s Director-Operation is responsible for examining, analyzing, and preparing financial records and statements for our organization. He often provides input and advice on financial matters including those systems used to track and record costs and expenses. And utilize his Knowledge of accounts and tax strategies to grow up the organization.

Excellent Diagnostic and Research Agency is a firm engaged in Pre & Post Commissioning and Diagnostic of Power Apparatus in Distribution, Transmission, and Generation. The Director- Technical is post graduate in Electrical Engineering and has vast and reach experience in the same field for more than 3 decades while serving Electrical Research and Development Association before superannuating at Joint Director. Mr. Trivedi was instrumental in setting up a wide range of technical services such as EHV testing, Power system, Power Electronics, Energy audit, etc at the Electrical Research and Development Association.
He has started his career as a testing engineer from ABB (Earlier known as HBB) in 1980. He moved to the Electrical Research and Development Association at its formative age where he was responsible for setting up a wide range of testing services. Mr. Trivedi is superannuated from Electrical Research and Development Association as Joint Director (Next to CEO i.e., Director of Electrical Research and Development Association) after more than three decades of glorious and rich experience.
Mr. Trivedi was trained by NABL (National Accreditation Board of testing and calibration Laboratories, Government of India) on a quality management system in its first batch in 1994. He contributed considerably to NABL being members of various committees, drafted several documents, assessor, lead assessor, and still continuing. Mr. Trivedi is a person having rich experience in high voltage, power systems, and diagnostic along with quality management systems. Therefore, he realized the gap of inadequate quality diagnostic service in India. Therefore, he conceived to establish this agency at the electrical power hub of India i.e., Vadodara.
Mr. Mehul Rajput, Director -Operation

- Developing and implementing the commercial strategy for the business
- Understanding the value drivers of the business and identifying profitable commercial opportunities to grow the revenue of the organization.
- Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of the key customers/target audience to ensure that their needs are being met and that their business is retained.
- Working closely with the Head of Sales to manage key customers (existing and new), thereby improving turnover and profitability
- Reviewing existing products, services, and markets.
- Ensuring that regular reviews are carried out with customers, to ensure that their needs are being met and that excellent customer service is achieved and, developing future improvements/services for the customers.
- Maintaining an awareness of external factors (including competitors, government business initiatives, current and proposed legislation in relation to commercial activities) which impact the business. Communicating such information and any subsequent changes to the Managing Director (MD).
- Responsible for Accounts Management.
- Reconcile the Debtors & Creditors from time to time with Account Department.
- Reconcile the Service Tax, CENVAT, and TDS Liability from time to time.
- Deal with all the Commercial, statutory responsibilities from time to time.
