The Entire Process

The entire process is commenced by dismantling the whole transformer and repairing its core elements if any damage is found. The method embodies basic inspection, following removal of the top cover, then core from the transformer, heating the core with oven or electric heaters for moisture removal, changing gaskets of a transformer, and eventually assembling the whole transformer back with utmost care. The processing time varies according to the size of the transformer. The overhauling procedure is carried out in the following stages. 

  1. Inspection 

At the outset, the transformer will be meticulously inspected. Our experienced crew conducts an inspection on the overhauled transformer under development conditions. The overall performance is observed while the transformer is in use. This approach allows one to encounter the major issues and perform the troubleshooting more fruitfully. 

  1. Disassembly 

Once the complete inspection is done, the parts of the transformer are carefully dismantled. Disassembly is paramount for the following steps of the overhauling process, i.e repair.   1. Repair 

Based on the issues found, the transformer is either repaired or certain damaged parts are replaced.   1. Reassembly

  1. Testing
